I really don't like when people make the overworked/job security comparison. When I tell you that I'm tired because I just put in 5 consecutive 14 hour days, I don't want to hear that I must have good job security if I have all of that work. Really, all anyone who says something like that wants is some pity.

And these days and in this economy, I don't think it really matters. The business could just be making you put in all of those hours because they want to get all of the projects done before they lay you off.

Man, I sound really pessimistic today. Hopefully, my next post has some more happiness and sunshine.
